I cancelled my adt security service on 23 May 2013 and on that day i hand delivered the cancellation letter. I cancelled because of the extremely slow response from adt... Any way there are plenty of security companies out there and i quickly found a new one... During my cancellation month, June.. I was contacted and gave my reasons for canceling. Only to be billed again on 2 July.. After kicking up, a sting and 1 hour of being put on hold i eventually got an email confirmation that my money will be refunded and the debit order removed.. The money was refunded a couple of days later... Now come August i am still being billed and tried to get hold of the accounts department this afternoon and it was impossible... Im sorry i don't get paid to be put on hold for 15 minutes... Also is seems as adt have no leadership, as i asked numerous times for the manager.. But only to be told they are not on duty
