Last year I was phoned by the Call Centre, Selling a promotion to me, Free installation, R95 a month and that if I get a new car and want to put the device in the new car that there will be no fee's to install the device into another car. I've phoned the Call centre for them to send a technitian to install the device in the new car. Now they charge me R1500 to have it installed in the new car!!! This is not the first time that I hear this, and now that i need it to be done they tell me to pay! Cartrack are really misleading us with these things, just to get us to sign a contract, and when there is problems and we want to take the stuff out and cancel the contract they want to take further steps but they really do not give any good service!!
