I had an alarm system installed in the business premises during the course of 2012, however the business failed, hence I had not occupied the premises, and had to give it up. I am not in use of the alarm system. I have requested to the contract cancelled and have not received feedback to date. I understand I entered a contract, however surely due to the circumstance and unaffordability for such a service, ADT would be able to assist. I would like empathy in this regards.
