I filed a report on hellopeter on the 8th April 2013.I my vehicle was fitted with a defective tracking unit on the 5th April 2013 by the Visionsecuricentre Mt.edgecombe a subcontractor for Netstar.
I requested to have the unit removed on the 6th April 2013 after being informed by Netstar they had no records of me having an account with them, Nor could they track my vehicle? so what is the purpose of having it?
Lorraine Moloisane of customer services for Netstar claimed to have resolved the matter on the 9th of April BUT here I am still stuck with a GOOD FOR NOTHING tracker that doesn't work!
I requested a simple letter of apology from the call centre that sold the unit to me which I haven't received either?
Ignition group aka Autotrace 3rd party of Altech Netstar. They did NOT inform me of cancellation fees nor the deinstallation fee should I wish to terminate the service. Therefore Netstar was glad to have the device removed. I would like to inform all customers who were sold a Netstar unit by the call centres to cancel your subscription should you be unhappy with their pathetic service!
I will be taking further action, as I cannot go to another company. UNETHICAL I TELL YOU!
