I have a Alarm system with Fidelity and have been trying since December 2012 to cancel the contract with them. I moved out of the property at the end of February and want to cancel the contract and debit order. After e-mails and numerous phone calls to their accounts department, where I have spoken to a lady, called Joy, I have had absolutely no response back. Every time she tells me she will contact the area manager and then get back to me, which just don't happen. Yesterday I received my invoice for April, so the debit order will be processed again this month.
Can somebody at Fidelity that wants to do their work, please contact me so that this can be resolved?
