Would you trust Fidelity with your assets or security?
I wouldn't, and here's why:
I have sat on the sidelines and watched their inability to pay an ex-employee his severance package over nine months.
When they were compelled by a legal order to do so, they dragged their feet some more.
Fidelity are in clear breach of contract, and if they have to have a Sheriff of the Court knocking on their door for payment, how is that going to look?
For that is just what is about to happen.
Fidelity ignore the law - I wouldn't trust them with my assets, would anyone?
