My Wife has requested on several occasions that no SMS notifications are received anymore in terms of the Matrix tracking device when the vehile is moving. Several calls has been made to 011 654 8050, every time a differnt story and nobody has the decency to come back and indicate whether the tracking device is even working any more.
We would therefore require for urgent assistance on whether the racking device is still in working order and why no SMS notifications are received anymore.
