This is my third complaint against fidelity. They refuse to sort out the problem and keep taking money out of my account. I have spoken with countless people who PROMISE to sort it out including the credit manager. AGAIN a double debit order taken out of my account. MY account is 100% up to date. But you keep taking money that not yours, your also increased the debit order amount. Is there anyone at fidelity who can do there job.. honestly i give up. how hard is it??? let anyone who reads this... RUN run from fidelity go to any company but them. Since november 2012 yet to have my account correct
