I had ADT alarm system years back. i have now moved from the house my alarm system was installed on to the other. my contract with them has expired and now its on a montlhy basis, i called on the 18th of March to say that i would like to cancell my contract. i was given an email adress to send my request. to date i havent received any service. the guy who helped me told me that i will receive a call in 24 hours which never happened, i send serveral emails to remind them with no luck. i called back and evertime i mentione about cancelling the contract i am put through to a number which no one picks up. I have been an ADT loyal customer but the service i am getting . i was planning to use it again in my new house but this . now they will be deducting money from my account on the place i am no longer staying on. i will go to the bank and cancell the debit order. what kind of a business is this for robing people of their money? can someone call me to cancell this rubish
