A COMEDY OF RISKY ERRORS

Dear Fidelity,
We just bought a new home. The previous owners used Fidelity and we decided to continue the relationship. Here's a glimpse into the experience we have had:
We communicated that we would like to take on a contract for security services and we had to chase sales with phone call after phone call to make it happened. Perhaps fidelity in the lynnwood area is not in need of business?
For the first week or 2, if the alarm went off, the call centre continued to call the previous owners despite us having furnished all the necessary contact details. More phone calls and chasing from our side to correct this, not to mention the risk that there may have been a genuine security breach that would not have been responded to. Would fidelity have covered cost of lost goods? Also worth mentioning is no codeword was loaded for a period-call Centre just assumed we were the legitimate contacts.
The madness continues as one of the contact numbers has been loaded onto the system incorrectly. The result is that I am never contacted when the alarm goes off despite the express request from my fiance as I am currently on leave.
Frustrating experience. Nextdoor seem happy with ADT...
