NO RESPONSE AT ALL

This is my second complaint against Fidelity. They refuse to sort out the problem and keep on forwarding the account statements BUT not sorting out the problem.
I have spoken with countless people who PROMISE to sort it out including the credit manager. AGAIN I have to complain about NO SERVICE from the accounts department. Is there anyone at fidelity who can do there job that they are appointed for. It is taking me since November 2012 to sort out this problem, I have given them another chance to forward me the necessary contract I am requesting but with no avail. I have no choice as to report this matter to CARTE BLANCHE
