A Fidelity Vehicle Bumped into my car on the 18th of December 2013 and drove off because I understand they do not stop at night. I reported this incident at the Fidelity offices and spoke to a lady by the name - 'Geraldine'. She promised to respond to my matter within the next day of sending her an email which was the 19 December 2013 but today is the 27th December and she has never responded to my query.
This is unnacceptable because my car is now damaged and will it now have to be me who pays for what was caused by a negligent and selfish Fidelity Driver??? let alone Geraldine who is supposed to be dealing with such issues or do we innocent civilians not matter???
