WHY DO I HAVE TO PLEAD FOR A TAX INVOICE?

For months, I have had to spend an hour on the phone to try and get someone who can send me a Tax Invoice. According to the VAT Act, a VAT Vendor has to supply a Tax Invoice without the customer having to ask for it. What makes ADT different? Do they simply not have a system that can generate Tax Invoices and send them automatically, or is their staff incompetent?

Today I phoned the number that I received last month for Koekemoer. This month, the number dos not exist anymore, so I phoned the call centre - was given 0113214555. Tried it a number of times, it just rings and rings and rings.

Every month I am told that I will never have to phone again.! Fortunately, there are two other suppliers of security services in the area. So, based on this continuous battle, but also because they want to charge us a R1700 fee for installing a new radio that can provide better reporting (when the radio according to them belongs to ADT), this is the last thing I write about ADT: Good buy and good riddance! Now to find out how to cancel the service!
