Adt Security
If you want Useless, unresponsive security, choose

1) Bottom line: when it is change of guards shifts, there is no ADT response vehicle in area: Security area with ADT Contract. AFter 2 phone calls to them and a panic button, eventually somebody arrives too late.

2) The system states clearly to ask me for pin for lockbox EVERY time to be able to enter (remote and key for access). NOT ONCE have they entered premesis. Note in gate states: 'NO ENTRY POSSIBLE"...

I am paying for a service I am not getting. Don't rely on help in times of need.
