ADT BAD SECURITY

I am very disappointed with the service of ADT. I had a break in on 30Dec alarm went off ADT sercurity went to and said they secured the area but they could not have as the was a talble with a chair on top of it next to the house. I then entered the house to find the intruders where still in the house. I then pushed the panic button of which the control room said they had been and secured the area I was panicing after that and told them they had secured nothing they are in the house. I have tried call today since this morning 31 Dec and nobody wants to take my call which tells me things where not done correctly
