My Company had internal problems with an employee and as we are only woman in our office and I personally work late hours I felt unsafe at the office as the disgruntled employee befriended the security over the last year.
I requested a change in the guard team at the boom gates from EC Security. Within 20 minutes of my request I was assured that the matter was handled as high priority. An hour later the area manager was at my office (16:30) to discuss the matter. I was assured of my safety and that the guards would be changed from 06:00 the next morning.
I arrived at the office the next morning at 06:40 to be greeted not just by new guards but also the area Manager (Joseph) in the processing of training the new guards to ensure that they were 100% informed of the Business Park's infrastructure and operations.
It is an absolute blessing to know that our safety and security are in the hands of EC Security Services, a Company that handled my problem in an efficient and professional matter.
