Perimeter fence activated at 08h45 - take dogs and check - find wire broken / snapped of electric fence - ask bicycle guard to radio for armed response in order to check garden - large property - trees - shrubs - no response - telephonic request for assistance - no response - press panic button - explain situation - its now 15 minutes that we have requested assistance - obviously worried - call again - get told only one vehicle coming from Diep River - call gets dropped - call centre obviously irritated as cant answer questions as to why the response takes so long - eventually vehicle arrives - one man - he has a huge area to look after and patrol - quite ridiculous actually - all attempts with the panic button to elicit a response were ignored - imagine if???!!! the rumors and chats obviously quite true - ADT not the security of choice anymore - too expensive - 20 minutes to respond??!! clearly not interested - the only efficient cog in the wheel is the poor armed guard - he just does what he can with the resources given - shame on you ADT - you put all of our lives in jeopardy and most of all your own staff - one man to a response for armed surveillance :( really??!!
