ADT a security risk - terrible service

I have been a customer of ADT for almost 10 years and joined them when they entered my area. Since then their service has progressively gotten worse, to the point that there isn't any. My complaint includes:
1 - rediculously late responses to alarm activation (some times a day later, and other times not at all)
2 - guards sitting in their vehicle, waiting 10 mins before entering the premises. (avoiding contact with potential burglars)
3 - no management commitment. No one phones back when a complaint is lodged, even if done in writing or on their website.
4 - holiday instructions ignored

ADT has recently lost a magnitude of support in our area and has shown no concern for this. I don't think they will be around much longer and advise anybody to stay away from them.
