After 2 incidents this week of which one could have been fatal I am appalled and disgusted by the response times by ADT especially in a case of emergency. After a near fatal 2nd incident, neither a panic button nor a 7 minute phone call to the control room to someone by the name of Felicity could make a difference in getting them to respond sooner. After 12 years of being a customer paying our monthly dues, they fail to respond when one really needs them which makes it quite obvious that the only priority that remains at the core of this organization is profit and certainly not the safety and security of their customers. Needless to say we have changed our security contract with immediate affect but thought it maybe important to inform other consumers who may rely on them for their own safety and security.
