We purchased a security gate and installation service from Expertydan in Cape Town.
We paid money into their bank account and from there, the excuses started.
First, the gate was not up to their standard. Then, they didn't realize we wanted a white gate, as they have ordered a aluminum gate, if they knew we wanted a white gate, we could have been helped!
Then, it was backwards and forwards, and now, the gate is currently at the powder-coaters and unfortunately, they are unable to provide the gate in time.
Thus far, we have paid money over a month ago and the company has been unable to install as promised.
When I phoned their offices now, the owners were apparently in court as they have been summoned... unable to contact anybody who can actually provide valuable feedback as to how we will be refunded our money.
Very serious - do not use this company for any services!
