Regret Leaving Chu

I have previously made a complaint regarding the incorrect billing from ADT! I was contacted by ADT following my first complaint over a week ago and they assured me they would have my incorrect billing resolved. ADT has never contacted me again. This is very poor service, something I never experianced wth Chubb.
