Unlawful increase

I joined fidelity last november. Since then i have yet to receive a correct invoice. I often get invoiced twice in a month. The latest invoice shows an increase. I understand the increase in the reaction services, but i dont understand how there can be an increase in the equipment. The equipment will become mine after two years, i paid a deposit on it, how can it increase without the interest rate increasing. I have phoned multiple times and im promised that someone will phone me back. It has yet to happen.
