Incorrect Billing and Bad Service

Incorrect Billing... AGAIN, poor service when calling the customer care, put on hold for over 5 minutes. Not the first time this has happened and always seems to be a mistake on their side, always too little too late as their mistakes cost me. Will try and get this resolved and then close the account asap!
