Incorrect billing

Since july 2013 i being incorrectly billing and tried to get it corrected with no luck.i being in their office severals times and Mphumi at berea office advice me to pay what is due to them and she will resolved the issue but to my surprise i got statement yesterday with incorrect billing.she also charged me for phone calling that she never made.it frustate me that every time i being told that the resolved the issue but it was not true as i still received the wrong billing.
