In last year July/August I put a stop order on my bank account for ADT, cause i've been going through a financial situation and did'nt think that i needed to phone ADT to cancell as my contract had already ended years ago, and they were taking off month to month. THe salesman who also sold the product spoke as he said the equipment is mine except the radio and transmitter and that once contract is over I must renew. When i did the stop order i called the call centre in July/August 2012 and informed them that i do not want to deal with ADT any longer and that I had pulled the plug out for the radio control and they were'nt getting any signals. Remember ive been receiving pathetic service from ADT. Now towards the end of 2012 and now i've been trying to rectify. Firstly they removed the equipment that i had paid for, and today Thabo threathening me from the call center to take further actions, i explained to him that i am under debt councelling as well, and i do not have the money to pay and also according to me i do not owe them monies. I need ADT to stop harassing me and giving me threathening calls, this is pathetic, I want the CEO from ADT to phone me urgently.
