I have been trying to get hold of the account department with no luck, Last year i sent a similar message like this requesting for ADT to move my system as i was relocating. I got a respond that they do not cover the area where i was moving to and i was instructed to send a prove of residence of the new area so that the contract can be canceled. I did that and to my mind and according to the ADT customer care system that was done. Now i am getting a phone from GBM Attorneys demanding me to pay them R8384.90 and said ADT said that i owe them. can some one contact me and explain how did this matter rich to this point without I the consum
