I have gone to great lengths to rid myself of ADT. 20 emails to their non-existent contact centres, and a report to the National Consumer Commission. I cancelled my contract in accordance with Annexure B of the CPA in May 2013. The radio was collected by ADT in August. It was disconnected for 5 months before I received a call that there was no signal from my address.
I am still receiving and invoice, and my account is still having funds deducted. I would like to understand what they are charging me for.
