It has been 1 year now that i have been dealing with Paul's Gates on my incomplete job of 5 Gates at our new house.
First they delivered the wrong gates, and then they promised to correct them in November 2012, and they have now taken 4 months to replace only 1 of them.
They continuously promise that the gates are nearly ready, they blamed the timber supplier for weeks, but are now totally out of excuses.
This is without a doubt one of the companies that gives the building industry the bad name it has.
I wish to spare any other potential customers the headache that i have gone through with this company, and warn them in advance that this is the type of company that will take the payment up front and then not deliver and feel no shame in taking 1 YEAR and counting to solve the problem... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE.
