I ordered a early warning device but a sleuth was fitted. Called the technician Elsie at durban south Toyota she tells me that the order came for the sleuth so that's what she fitted. Then I call netstar he Ridaa Gabier tells me he will SORT it out cause he did send through an order for the early warning system to be fitted and will get Elsie to call me she never did. Then I contacted customer service Karina van der Westhuizen she said she spoke to Elsie and she will contact me. Also I made it clear that my vehicle would only be available on Saturday for the correct unit to be fitted anyways days later Elsie contacts me saying O I don't work Saturday's and that I must bring it in durban south Toyota which is 30km from me and refused cause Karina said it wouldn't be problem for them to fit the unit at my premises Elsie then said she'l get someone from they fitment center to contact me and make arrangements to come fit the correct unit. Haven't heard anything from anyone since.
This week twice already have emailed customer service asking them to contact me but nothing only automati response we will contact you withen 24hours guess what nothing. BIG MISTAKE MOVING FROM TRACKER
