I paid my service up front still adt debits my acc

My service is paid up until June still adt goes and debits my empty account witch i will be charged for a return debit and it will give me a bad credit rating you ll a bunch of if this isn't rectified I'm going to the services ombudsman clearly there's lack of communication with you ll i paid up front i don't owe u u owe me i keep on getting problems with you'll sick and tired of your poor service when my contract matures no way in ii take out another one with you'll I WANT THIS SORTED ASAP
