I TOOK OUT A POLICY AND AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALLED TO CANCEL IT, AND TO MY DISMAY A DEBIT ORDER WENT OUT FOR THE POLICY SO WHEN I CALLED TO QUERY IT I WAS TOLD CALL MY BANK THE REVERSAL WILL BE QUICKER WHICH I DID, AND PAID A STOP ORDER FEE FOR THAT CANCELLATION, 2 DAYS LATER ANOTHER 2 DEBITS WENT OFF MY ACC, WHICH MEANS I CALLED THE BANK AGAIN PAID FOR ANOTHER 2 DEBITS TO BE CANCELLED & TO MY DISMAY THIS MORNING ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER GOES OFF, PLEASE CANCEL THIS POLICY, CAN SOMEBODY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT A CANCELLATION WAS RECEIVED BY MYSELF, SO WHY ARE U STILL TAKING MY MONEY!!! I HAVE ALREADY PROCESSED 03 DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATIONS WHICH MEANS I HAVE PAID FOR THAT, AND NOW I NEED TO PROCESS ANOTHER CAN YOU STOP MY MONEY!!! AND PAY ME BACK FOR ALL THE DEBIT ORDERS I HAVE CANCELLED, OAKHURST IS BUNCH OF, THEREFORE EVERY TIME YOU PROCESS A DEBIT ORDER YOU CHANGE THE REFERENCE NUMBER SO U CAN BYPASS THE STOP I PLACED!!! IS THE ONLY WORD I CAN USE TO DESCRIBE YOUR COMPANY, AND IF THIS IS NOT PAID BACK TO ME AND STOPPED I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE FAIS OMBUDSMAN!! YOU NEED YOUR LICENSE WITHDRAWN!!!
