Capitec, in their wisdom, has taken it upon themselves to debit my account on the 6th Dec. without my permission. As far as I understand, they are meant to debit on my payday.By doing this before I even get paid for December has interfered with my careful budgeting for this tight month! Now, being short for other future debits, they will bounce, affecting my credit rating! there was no notification or request as to when I got paid - they just assumed I received an early bonus??!!!
This is disgustingly unacceptable, and constitutes. I did not give you permission to debit my account on this date, only on my paydate. I now have to patiently wait while they "see if they can reverse this"??!!!
Am livid at their audacity, presumptuousness and ineptness at rectifying their criminal activity!
