Bruma Finance, in their wisdom, has taken it upon themselves to debit my account on the 6th Dec. without my permission! As far as I understand, they are meant to debit on my payday. Doing this before I even get paid for December has interfered with my careful budgeting for this tight month! I will not be short for other future debits, as they will bounce, affecting my credit rating! There was no notification or request as to when I got paid in Dec- they just assumed I received an early bonus??!!!
This is disgustingly unacceptable. I did not give you permission to debit my account on this date, only on my paydate. At my inconvenience, I had to physically go to my bank to reverse this transaction.
I am livid that they would take such liberties without consulting me first.
