There was a divorce. When my DSTV did not work, I was advised to make a ONCE OFF payment on my credit card. When that did not work, they realized I paid my ex husband's account.
I opened my own account. This was in January. Every month Multichoice debits my cheque account for MY Dstv AND debits my ex husbands DStv on my credit card. The more I told them I did not do a recurring debit order, the less they listen.
In April Masego eventually spoke to my husband AND phoned me to say the problem is now solved. It is now June and still they debit my credit card as my cheque account.
The bank cannot cancel the debit order unless Multichoice gives writtenen notification that it has been cancelled. As clients we phoned, we did what was asked, yet Multichpice continues to give NO SERVICE??
How dare they just debit my account twice every month after we as customers did everything they asked?
