I have had this account and installation since 2007 and since day one the system has been giving false alarms. Danie from ADT inspected the system and my tennant was informed that certain zones must be re-wired and that the motherboard must be replaced at my cost. This while my tennant has beeb complaining since day one of the installation.
ADT keeps on making appointments that is not kept and when asking Kevin Louw for formal feedback my mails were just ignored. This is unacceptable and hopefully this complaint will result in some positive feedback from ADT regarding this matter.
