Have been trying since 11 Feb 13 for the accounts dept to reply or phone back. left message for Alida Potgieter, spoke to Prashant, Godlyness, Portia and Julia. I get told i will be transfered then i hold on for 4-7 minutes then the line gets cut off. ADT owes me money and all proff of this has been sent via email but ADT headoffice is not responing to any mails or telephone messages sent. From 1:54 -2:17 i have phoned 4 times, twice my call has been cut after 4 minutes of rining and now i get another number for the accounts department and the phones just rings and rings! Makes you wonder what would happen if you have an emerency!
