Poor Service from ADT

I would like to complain about poor service from ADT Johannesburg! I wanted to enhance my security system after a shooting that occurred in our complex. I contacted Tek Alarms to support me seeing that they did the initial installation and I was very happy with their service. The feedback was that they can't seeing that they have a contract with ADT to do the installation but ADT will do the upgrade. It took two weeks and numerous calls to get a quote. Then one additional beam was installed! It has been two weeks now of daily alarm activation. Technicians arriving at our door unannounced and without a scheduled meeting. We get charged for excessive call outs. We phone to report the concern. Have sent mails to a number of people from Call Centre Representatives, Supervisors and Department Heads. No feedback and the false alarms continue. The biggest frustration is that everyone will escalate but no one takes responsibility! I hate dealing with a call centre with no feedback or responsibility! Not once in the close to six weeks have I had a call from an ADT Employee to find out what is going on! Try and get hold of Roy Rawland the MD. No Chance! Concerned and still trying!!!
