INTERVID CCTV DISGUSTING BAD SERVICE

We decided to use this company to do the installation of a CCTV system at our Warehouse / Retail outlet. When the installation was done, the Salesman disregarded what we requested in terms of the installation points for the system.

Their technicians have no clue how a DYNDNS works, where you're supposed to arrange it, nor how to do the installation on cell phones???

From the Salesman, Project Manager or the Technician, never pitch for appointments. It's been ALMOST 5 MONTHS, and we still do not have a system that is working the way we were told it would.

AND THE BEST OF ALL - The Salesman, Tim told us that he is one of the Directors... all...

What a disappointment! We thought that because they're part of CANON, we would not have any problem!...this company is a joke!
