I logged a complaint about this account and Kevin Louw not responding and ADT's standard response that it has been escalated to Management has not even resulted in a single phone call!!!
ADT's service!!!
I will take this complaint to the National Consumer Councel and to the media. If this compliants prevents ONE person to not make use of this useless company, I will be satisfied.
