ADT Security Poor Credit Responce

We moved into a new house in Hout Bay... and required ADT to upgrade our security alarm system. On the 21st they gave us a quote and said they can only start the job once they received full payment. Within 24hours we paid R 14 into their account and 2 days later the installer (Andre) advised us that it will not be possible to proceed with the installation as the equipment will not function in our house... so we told them to cancel the installation and refund our money.

Today is the 15th of September, and you still have my money!! Why the must I ask where it is... we have spoken to 4000 staff already, sending mails up and down... calling numbers and it just goes on an on...

So, ADT, listen clearly now... this will be my last email / correspondence on this matter as if my money don't reach my account tomorrow the 16th of September @ 14:00 I will hand this case over to my lawyer!

Thanks for taking my money so quickly and not giving it back to me... crazy to think I have to ask for my own money back!
