I misplaced a copy of the contract that I entered into with MTN Direct when I bought my 2 Blackberry phones. As a result, I cannot book in my phones for repair. The concerned shop floor attendants have been turning me away each time I approach them. Out of desperation, I contacted MTN Direct to send me a copy of the same contract they retained. Phoning MTN Direct has been my worst nightmare. It has been 3 months now that I have been phoning them to get a copy of this contract so that I can have my phones fixed but all my efforts have been fruitless. All I get is a request for my e-mail address but nothing happens thereafter. As my contract is about to expire, I have got this feeling that MTN Direct could be stalling to while up time so that my contract lapses so that they avoid 'unnecessary expenses'. All this time, I have been getting limited use of my phones. All I have is access to voice and on a luck day, I might have access to Telmap or Facebook Mobile.
