I am a new ADT customer. I signed up late last year with ADT's distributor Waynet. After the installation, I called Waynet to advise the radio transmitter is not working. I was advised to contact ADT directly.
On Wed 10 Oct 2012 @ 13.48pm. I requested a quote only to Olivia Buys to have my radio transmitter replaced or relocated.
On Thu 11 Oct 2012, the ADT installer popped around and relocated the radio transmitter. I am now being charged R462 for this call out fee.
On 12 Dec 2012, I spoke with Nico Moodley (ext 4360) customer care and was assigned reference number 5913262. Nico advised he will listen to the call where I requested a quote only. I have not heard further from Nico Moodley for over 1 month now.
On 08 Jan 2013, I spoke with Brenda Madula [Email Removed] and requested someone to listen to my initial call made to Olivia Buys. We are now 7 days later and I have not heard further from Brenda.
I find it hard to believe that customer service from a large international company such as ADT can be so atrocious in South Africa. I am sure the service I have received is not a true reflection of ADT.
Please can you assist me to rectify this billing issue.
