Feedback respone, Matter Resolved

ADT has supplied the padlock needed so that their officer can gain access should there be any alarm activation. Signage (ADT boards) has been provided. ADT apologised for not responding on time and promised it will never happen again. I am satisfied with the way they dealt with the matter and will wait and see if they keep their promise.
