Hi. I took out a new contract with Chris Van Zyl in Dec 2012 for a rented device. Last week (09/Jan 2013) he came back to me stating that I no longer qualify for this apparently I failed a credit check (I immediately checked my credit record as my employment is depended on this and it looked okay!!!) and offered me to perhaps take out another device which cost more or if I do not wish to continue with the contract I should advise him which I did and I never heard from him ever since. Today I sent him another email querying the refund for the R809 I paid for installation (which never took place) and his email [Email Removed] came back as undelivered. Can someone contact me and tell me when can I expect the refund?
