Previously i reported ADT as they would only put note on complex gate if alarm is activated. They then promised they will ensure the response person knows who to contact to gain access. In Dec 2012 i updated the contact details. Today they phoned me as my alarm went off, and they sent someone to my house. i arrived 15 min later, no response person? Why-their excuse -Response person could not get access. They did not try to get access. Later same day my alarm went off again-no response, no call from ADT. What am i paying for-i will be killed before they get their ducks in a row.
