Mixtelematics have the worst conusltants ever, i called more than 5 times to cancel my old contract as i had a new one, they gave me an e-mails adress which i had to send through my cancellations letter, i did that, but there was still debits going off my account, i called several times for them to confirm the e-mail adress & they told me the address was correct & i should send the e-mail again, i did that several times, now they tell me that i owe them money for the months they didnt receive my premiums, i dont know if it's my fault that their staff is confirming incorrect e-mail adresses. TOTALLY UNHAPPY
