I have launched my first complaint 2 weeks ago and the next day ADT responded to me and asked me to only speak to them in future if I have problems.
Up to today I still haven't received my money back into m, y bank account.
Please ADT you took my money without delivering a service and then put the debit order through my bank account although I have cancelled the contract in writing.
I want my money back with interest now. Do you really want me to go to court with this...
