PATHETIC SERVICE, inefficiency adaylight robbe

Just received n sms from Adt to make a payment for 19 responses for the January, when did we come to making payments to responses separate from the amount we are being billed monthly. I have numerously advised Adt on the new to contact me, yet they still call me on the number i sometimes use and at times not, somedays when its raining the beams activate... am i being belled for that or is the inefficiency from your side Adt, your response security found me in the house many times without receiving a call from you people yet i have to make payment. what is the yearly service fee from... if this is not resolved do me a favour and cancel my contract since this is day light. At times Adt dont even call when the alarm is active so what is it that we paying for??? how many times have i called you to find out why anyone hasnt called since the alarm has activated... this is nonsense and
