I purchased ADT security in August 2012, but never received a contract or proof of purchase. They installed new radio but when I use vacuum cleaner, alarm goes off. Technician came out but couldn't find fault and promised to come back but never came. Call out cost a lot. Alarm went off many times, I could be attacked, but ADT never responded. I sent email on 10 Dec. 2012 to cancel contract. Next day CEO called to find out why, he sent technician again, who couldnt find fault again and he said he will come back the Monday but never came again. After cancelling ADT they deducted monthly payment again now. I called on Monday 04 Jan. After 3 calls that were cut off after I was told to hold. I dont know what to do any miore. Amanda at call centre said I'll be liable to pay till Aug 2014 according to contract which I never had.
