Poor quality of service

I am a new customer of ADT and from what I have experienced so far, I am far from happy at the quality of service I have received from this organisation.

On Friday 8 Feb 2013, I accidentially set off my alarm. After 10 minutes of not receiving a call from ADT, I called the call centre. To my amazment, there are no contact details loaded on to their system, and to beat it all, no alarm was received at the control room.

After an hour of being put on hold and having to do numerous tests with the control room, I requested a supervisor call. 48 hours later, no one has bothered to call me, which matches the quality of ADT's service - poor.

To top it all, one of the call centre agents, stated that ADT expect the customer to do a self test every week?!!? Is that common practice, that they expect customers to do a self test every week and set off the alarm and annoy the neighbours.
